Amy Brown, AB, MA - Board Member ~ Client Relations Manager, CultureRx

Amy joined the Behavior at Work Collaborative in 2017. She is passionate about creating healthy, high performing work cultures.

Prior to joining the board, Amy served on an ethics and compliance committee for a biotech firm in Silicon Valley and was the Community Partner for the Society of Human Resources’ When Work Works Award. Her professional publications address the need for new work norms.

Amy received her Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and her Artium Baccalaureus in Art History from Mount Holyoke College.
