The Behavior at Work Collaborative focuses on the direct link between behavior and culture and its impact on operational and system outcomes. In the ebb and flow of all successful organizations, cultures, behaviors, systems, and operations are linked intrinsically. Creating healthy work environments is a multidimensional process. To do this well, we must collaborate with many. It takes a multidisciplinary collaboration of people to address the many aspects of creating a healthy work environment.
